Fredrik Karlsson
My name is Fredrik Karlsson, and I run FK Vinstudio. I am an architect with a keen interest in wine, food, architecture, design and all forms of socialising. As well as running the wine studio, I work at two restaurants with award-winning wine lists and am in the process of starting my own architecture studio.
I have been interested in and studying wine for over ten years. I studied wine at the University of Gothenburg, worked with wine in different formats and organised many private wine tastings.
I have worked with very knowledgeable people, met winemakers on wine trips and had many bottles of wine between wine loving friends. That's the best way to enjoy and learn more about wine, by tasting and drinking good wine in good company!
The vision behind FK Vinstudio is to create fun and memorable moments over a couple of bottles of wine. You can socialise while sampling delicious, hand picked wines in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
The wine tasting is tailored entirely to your wishes. It can be anything from a light introduction to the world of wine to a deep dive into the villages of Priorat or Chianti Classico. No prior knowledge or major interest is needed to enjoy the tasting, it is adapted entirely to your level.
The focus is on you having a festive and enjoyable time in good company!
